We want you to shop safe & easy at FashionForTheFamily.com. Because of that we use payment-systems that are not only state-of-the-art but also safe, easy and secured (read here more about our safe & secured payment-systems).

We strive to provide our customers a wide variety of payment-methods that are international available.
Below payment-methods are being supported through several contracted third party companies that are specialized in online-payments: MultiSafePay, PayPal and Klarna.

FashionForTheFamily offers you the following payment-mothers:

  

1) iDEAL (free. This is a (exclusive) Dutch inter-banking online payment system).

2) Credit-card (free): for VISA and MasterCard-payments.

3) PayPal (free. The most convenient for our international customers).

4) Bank-wire(free. A standard advance payment by a Bank-wire).

5) Voucher (free. Pay us with a Voucher).

6) After-pay option (an after-pay option only for Dutch residents).

7) BanContact / Mister Cash (free), for Belgian customers.

8) GiroPay and SofortÜberweisung (free), for German customers.

9) Carte Blance (free), for French customers.

  

- We are unfortunately not able to ship under COD (Cash on Delivery).
- We are unfortunately not able to ship to a P.O. Box.

1) iDEAL (only for Dutch residents):

     

iDEAL is a Dutch inter-banking online payment system. Only for our Dutch customers and not applicable for customers outside The Netherlands.

 

  

2) Creditcard (no fees added):

  

You can pay us safely and without any additional charges with your creditcard. Our Payment Service Provider (MultiSafePay) takes care during your transaction for a secured online-platform.

We support Mastercard and Visa. In case you do not have one of the both mentioned credit-card but a different like American Express etc. we recommend you to use PayPal.

 

Advantages of credit-cardpayments:

- You can extend your effective payment by delaying it and hence buy on credit from us.

- You are in the driving seat and have control and an overview of your payment.

- After approval your order can be shipped to you directly which means there are no delays in shipment.

  

 

3) PayPal (no fees added):  

  

PayPal is a worldwide internet-paymentsystem that you can use to pay us without any additional charges. It is fast, safe, easy and meanwhile the most convenient and commonly applied online-paymentplatform.

You can follow your payments online and your identity remains unknown as the seller (FashionForTheFamily.com) does not receive any personal data from the buyer.

Hence we recommend PayPal being the preferred payment-methods for our international customers.

You can pay us on our account at paypal@FashionForTheFamily.com, but you will be automatically directed to PayPal once you make the choice for PayPal as your payment-option during your check-out.

- You are in the driving-seat and you have control and an overview of your payments.

- The payment is easy, safe, convenient and anonymous.

- After approval your order can be shipped to you directly which means there are no delays in shipment.

 

  

4) Advance payment by Bank-wire:

 

In case you do not have access to an online-bank payment system, you pay us via a standard bank-wire by advising your details + ordernumber.
- Please note that FashionForTheFamily requires receipt of payment within 7 days. Orders that remain unpaid longer will automatically be cancelled.

Advantages of an (international) Bank-wire:

- You are in the driving seat and have control and an overview of your payment. 

  

Disadvantages of an (international) Bank-wire:

- It normally takes about 5-7 days to receive the funds that causes a longer shipment time.

 

  

5) Payment by a Voucher:

 

You can exchange FFF-points for a Voucher (see FAQ-question #20) or receive a Voucher by using the Tell-a-Friend Sponsorprogram (see question #27). Sometimes we have a special promotion that works with a Voucher.

All comes down to the same principle: a Voucher gives you the right to buy from us at FashionForTheFamily.com. 

 

 

6) After-pay option (only for Dutch residents at):

 
This is an after-pay option only applicable for customers with a Dutch address. 

With Klarna Factuur the invoice needs to be paid within 14 days after date of invoice.

With Klarna Account allows our customers to do monthly partial payments over a longer period of time.

 

 

7) Bancontact / MisterCash (for our Belgian customers):

 

This payment-method can be compared with the Dutch inter-banking online payment system iDEAL. Bancontact / MisterCash is only for our Belgian customers and not applicable for customers outside Belgium.

With Bancontact / MisterCash you can pay us safe & secured and in an easy way. You pay us in your familiar online bank-application of your own bank.

In case you have access to online banking in Belgium, you can immediately use Bancontact / MisterCash without any further registration.

 

- The following banks offer this payment-method in Belgium: Fortis, ING, Fintro, Dexia, CBC, KBC, AXA and the VDK Spaarbank.

 

 

8) GiroPay and SofortÜberweisung (only for our German customers):

 

    

GiroPay and SofortÜberweisung are the online payment-platforms of German banks especially developed for E-commerce applications. Also these paymentmethods can be compared with the Dutch iDEAL-system.

 

With GiroPay and SofortÜberweisung you can pay us safe & secured and in an easy way. You pay us in your familiar online bank-application of your own bank. In case you have access to online banking in Germany, you can immediately use GiroPay and SofortÜberweisung without any further registration.

 

GiroPay and SofortÜberweisung are only for our German customers and not applicable for customers outside Germany.

 

 

 

9) Carte Bleue (only for our French customers): 

 

 Carte Bleue is the online-paymentplatform of the Frence banks. Carte Bleue allows our Frence customers to pay also outsite the internet.

For payments to FashionForTheFamily Frence customers can pay online on our own Frence bank-account. In that way Carte Bleue can be compared with the Dutch iDEAL-system.
